Tobacco Marketing Photo Contest

For all of the anti-tobacco folks out there, I came across a cool contest that gives people an easy way to get involved. Check out the info below-

Use the power of photos to impact social change!
Take pictures of tobacco advertising (with your phone is fine!) that's happening in or around storefronts/cash registers/gas stations etc found in your community

Several photo categories available such as: funniest/most ironic, greatest youth appeal, stores near schools, electronic smoking products, and more!
Prizes available for winners!

And your conditions are :

You agree to allow CounterTobacco.org and its designees to use (reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse) your images in any media, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation or approval.

You forever waive any rights of privacy, intellectual property rights, and any other legal or moral rights that may prevent CounterTobacco.org’s from using the images submitted, or that may require the participant’s permission for CounterTobacco.org to use the image for any purpose, and you agree to never sue or assert any claim against CounterTobacco.org’s use of the images submitted.

You agree to hold CounterTobacco.org and its respective affiliates, directors, partners, and any employees harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs, and liabilities brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnities due to or arising out of the participant's entry materials or additional materials, or the participant's conduct in connection with this contest.
