If you are using LRHaze to invoke the Dehaze function in LR 6.1, those adjustments will not sync to another image when you sycn settings. There is no Dehaze in the list of setting to sync in this version of LR. I expect that the same would be true for the preset-based solutions to using Dehaze in LR 6.1.
