2015 Brantford Rotary Air Show

For the first time in about 2 years I paid a visit to an air show. I've had some hand issues that prevented me from doing any shooting and am limiting myself to a couple of events a year from here on in. It was a lot of fun and was nice to see some planes in the sky. I hope you enjoy these few photos.

The first one is a pretty interesting image. I'm curious what lens you used for number 2.

#2 was shot with a EF-S55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS II during a rain shower. I had to do a fair amount of work in post to bring out the colour of the plane itself, but the lens was perfect as my 300/F4 was too much lens given the tight flight line.

And while it wasn't the Battle of Britain bird, the Hornet demo kicked butt as usual even when the weather was threatening.
