Looking at the second model, I would say Cara needs to up her game.

I think it works. First model's legs are really red. Is it a color cast?

good job. Your highlights are blown out/harsh hiding the details of the clothes and skin tone is not consistent.

Its hard to focus on the clothing when the lighting is so uneven and the skin tones from head to toe so different. You would be much better using a large octabox or similar to provide even tones, or at least a second flash aimed at the lower body to keep everything even. Beyond that the makeup is really lacking.

You might be able to fix some of the uneven lighting a bit in PS but it would be better to shoot it again.
