First summer male Common Yellowthroat

I was taking pictures of cattails when this guy popped up and posed for me. I was in One Shot Mode for the cattails and worried that I had to be in AE Servo for a moving bird. Thankfully I was already on center point focus and with no time to make changes I just fired for effect. Kind of happy with the result.

Only processing was a modicum of sharpening. I was already dialed in for exposure on the cattails.

This one just worked out.
