Having trouble making id on this one, can't seem to find anything with similar head markings. Shot was taken at dark so not the best, fairly small bird in north eastern Montana. Thanks

Peregrine falcon. Looks like a juvenile too-blueish cere and juvie feathers.

Thanks Beekeeper, Peter and John. Getting better at pp still. This doesn't look like the actual conditions at all. When I first saw him it was dark enough that I didn't even know he was a bird!
