Its no secret that much of the new FF Leica Q is Panasonic made. Rumors are that Leica will be introducing an interchangeable lens version of the Q at Photo Plus in NY next month. Its supposed to retail around $8k which places it well out of the price range for amateurs, semi-pros and enthusiasts. What do you think the chances are of a cheaper, Panasonic branded version of it to take on the Sony Ax FF mirrorless lineup? Sony can't have that segment all to themselves much longer and Canon and Nikon seem to have no interest in the FF mirrorless market. If this does happen and Panasonic and Leica are working together on new lenses and maybe even letting the new FF Panasonic take M-mount Leica lenses, just take my money now!
