I would love some honest critique please. The good, the bad and the ugly. I am working on improving my skills. Thanks!

Exposure looks good, the sky is not blown out, nice clouds and good overall detail.
You have captured some reflection, but it is not that interesting.

I don't think that there is a strong enough subject. I keep wondering if is the fountain or if it is supposed to be a building.

Be careful of having the horizon too close to being the center of the image, unless you are going for a reflection shot.

The image can have a different look if shot closer to sunrise/sunset, but this is up to you and the feel you are going for. Also the water is smoother those times of day.

Sometimes bracket exposing and merging the images can help keep interest where you want it. For example, the gazebo on the right is too dark inside. (not that you need interest in it for this image, it is just an example)

This can be a bad time of year to photograph in the northern hemisphere as the water is often dirty looking. Feathers, cotton tree seeds and leaves on the water etc.

Keep working on your craft you have a lot correct in this image an i look forward to seeing more of your work.

Try moving the central horizon either up or down (crop the sky or crop the water)

Agree with Micro5797... give us a primary subject in the image. When you create an image there should be a primary subject and then maybe some other aspects of the image that support that subject. This shot is a nice environment, fairly scenic with the water, clouds, trees, etc. But you need a subject. It doesn't necessarily have to be a person, but it could be. In this shot it could have been something as simple as and empty park bench in the foreground looking/facing out toward to water either camera left or right and angled a little bit (not straight out).
When surveying a scene like this to capture move around, change your angle you are shooting a, try to include something in the foreground for us to relate to or focus on.
