Cape Sable Spoonbills

Cape Sable is at the Southern tip of Florida before you cross FL Bay to the Keys. It's a beautiful, wild place where you can park your boat at night before crossing the bay area to the Keys. Almost every morning I've ever been there I've seen a flock of Roseate Spoonbills in the trees. Finally got some shots of them this time.

Super shots of another bird who looks like they do not belong in trees. The RSB is the official bird of the small Texas town we spend the winter in, so kinda partial to them. They were very evident last year, see what this year will bring. Very well done, Ma'am!

Thanks everyone. Have been having some health issues (getting old), but hope things keep getting better so I can do more shooting this fall. Also spent some time in CA. Haven't had a chance to work on those shots yet.

That's a great spot for sure. I get down there several times a year on fishing charters. I am never disappointed by the wildlife and birds. Love these shots
