In #1 the perspective gives me problems and the highlights are completely blown out.
#2 the highlights are blown out and #3 the whole picture is way over-exposed.
Of the three, #2 is the best.
My recommendation for this type of shot is to zoom out a bit and get the whole house with a little of the pole it sits on.
Watch your clipping in the histogram when you take a shot to make sure that you are not blowing out so much of the picture. I little clipping here and there can be tolerated, but these make recovery quite difficult.
If you are not shooting in RAW, then you should think about it, because some of this could be salvaged in RAW processing.
