Has anyone used this for macro shots instead of using a dedicated macro lens? If so, can you attach photos or links of examples? I have the 100mm macro but heard about someone using this combination & they said it worked well. Just curious. Thanks.

I used tubes with a 300 f/4 IS for a while, worked OK for moderate magnification.
