Anytime we try a new camera, there will always be a little discomfort and getting used to with ergonomics. It was the same when I shifted to the a7 from the 5D2, but now I don't even think twice about it anymore. There are things about the 5D2 that I love, and also things I love about the a7.

But of course, what suits me may not often be the case for other photographers.

same, when I first ventured into mirrorless world from 5DIII, I tried Olympus E-M5, it was strange at fist, but later I tried E-M1, a7R, and now A7RII, and I haven't used DSLR since I got the a7RII.

Every time you switch from product to next, it takes a bit to get used to, but once you do, its even harder to back to big bulky feature limited cameras called DSLRs.

Couldn't agree more. I switched from my 70D to an A7II. It did feel strange because I had no where to put my bottom 2 fingers when holding the camera so I ended up buying a grip. Now, it feels absolutely amazing. Yes, it did add some weight but well worth it IMO. I went to hold my 70D the other day and talk about bulky! I couldn't imagine going from my A7II to a 5D3 or something similar in size.
