Here are three from today. 1Dx at 1000mm ( EF500 MKII + 2X III), handheld. It is interesting to see how the wings shape and Talon position change as it approaches the water.

Great capture, I have not been able to be in the right place at the right time. I get the splash or the shake after.

Gorgeous images Ruhikant! The 1DX and 2x III are a great combo and you made it work perfectly. Now if you can just get the darn bird to face you when he dives :).

Awesome. I love the way they extend their legs in front of their face to be sure they make the grab as they dive into the water. Such a contrasting style from Eagles.
