#3's my favorite, but I also like t#2.

Her smile in #1 looks a bit forced for my taste and like windpig I just don't really get the whole chair-in-the-road thing. Also not a fan of chairs in fields. Perhaps I'm just anti-chair. ;)

#2 I like the bright low contrast look and the halo around her head that the sun in her hair makes. Beautiful. And her smile seems more natural, real-er.

#3 I love her expression, her stance. They seem natural. Also love the texture of the fence.

I agree with the others that #3 is the best. Although, I probably would make it a horizontal crop and a bit tighter.

#1 - Too tight, tilted to the right, WB is shifted to blue, and maybe 1/3 to 1/2 stop underexposed.

#2 - Needs a bit more editing. Personally, I would exaggerate the lighting of the scene and really give it the sun-flare/washed out look.

Just a side note, square crops have always seemed odd to me with full or 3/4 length portraits.

How about slightly above the bottom of the sweater? Really I think this is just a matter of personal preference at this point.
