Got some fairly blown highlights there in the left center.

Well, it's a snapshot. A tad cool. I'm not sure that the highlights are blown. And even if they are, it's the background. Who cares?

I hope you didn't buy a $3000 camera just to get pictures like these. You could have saved yourself some money. Please don't take this as an insult. If you took this shot with an APS-C sensor in a MILC or SLR, there would be no person on the planet who could tell which was taken with the larger sensor.

so, what would you have done to make this less "snapshot" in your eyes? curious to learn.

Many things could be done starting with ditch the shades, turn the body, lift the hands, tilt the head, shed the scarf, use a reflector.

Hi. The histogram doesn't display burn out, but there is a lot of very bright areas behind your subject. this area draws the eye away from the lady. I think I would tone some of that area down in a graduated way, perhaps to leave a 'coronna' around the lady as a frame? It does look a bit too blue, have you tweaked the color balance to see what a change might achieve? Dark glasses don't help, but as a casual portrait, it works OK for me.
