Can you let me know the lighting and modifier that was most likely used?

I am starting to do lots more with OCF and been playing around with different combinations.

I saw this shot and loved it, can you all in help figure out how they might have shot this, light, modifier, settings etc.

a small softbox . speedlight set at the lowest setting to open up the aperture and get a shallow depth of field

It's almost Rembrandt lighting. Google that and you'll get ideas and details on this.
