I've seen it come under various names, photo a day, tear away calendar, etc..
But... I've only found one shop that actually does it. $40 per unit and they are in the states (I'm in Canada). http://www.socialprintstudio.com/calendar/
Anyone have experience with anyone who does these? Ideally in Canada but I can make due with the states. I've been searching the last couple days with various terms but they seem to be the only one that uses custom photos and not pre-printed ones.
