Oct 04, 2015 20:22 | #1 The Wood Stork were in full nesting mode at Wakodahatchee Wetlands in southeast Florida when I made my annual visit in May. Here are a few, it was challenging to isolate one or two chicks in the nests. We get many adult and juvi Wood Stork near my home in the summer months but it's nice to see them fresh out of the factory.     Steve

It's hard to decide for me because I've really enjoyed being down there when the Burrowing Owl chicks are out of the burrows. If I go too early I miss them, too late and I miss a lot of the other nesting in the wetlands. I definitely want to go back for more Caracara so that'll be on my east coast leg, maybe we can get together then. Any insight into getting some Nesting Spoonbills, other than the Alligator Farm?
