I visited a restored 19th century town in my home state of NJ called Waterloo Village. while walking around, I saw this bridge, which was destroyed some years ago (it may have been during "Superstorm" Sandy). Please let me know if anything doesn't work in this image.

For me, it is over saturated, over exposed and a bit too high contrast.

Interesting looking location.

Very nice scene but the photo is overcooked. Where did that blue on the bridge and the tree behind it come from?

Maybe the WB? As shot shows 4750. When I change to Daylight, it warms it up a bit and gets rid of the blueish tint in the wood.

Here's what it looks like with only changing the white balance to Daylight (5500):

That's much better but still too saturated and contrasty for me.

Man, that one's too hot even for me.....and I usually like the colors a bit hot. But this one is pretty garish.

Try backing down the overall saturation.

The overall saturation is at 0.

The sliders in the basic panel are at:
Exposure: 0
Contrast: +30
Highlights: -100
Shadows: +100
Whites: -100
Blacks: -50
Clarity: +40
Vibrance: +30
Saturation: 0

we get it, you haven't added saturation,
Dial down the clarity, vibrance and saturation. should look nicer.
