Caught a Horned Lark in Flight

I was using Tv at 1/5000 hoping to get a shot of these small birds as they moved about and luckily it worked.

Of course, it would have been nicer if he was looking at the camera. I'll ask it for a better pose next time as we discuss the finer points of the release form.

Photographing small birds in flight is no mean feat; well done, despite the pose.
