Struggling to find macro subjects and even for trying to produce images with a degree of quality, it's getting harder as the winter draws in.

Just got a few today which ain't the best, but gotta keep trying to shoot things on my day off from work!

So what do we have today then?

#1 & #2: The female gravid orb spider by day.

#3: A smaller spider hiding in the clematis.

#4: A cranefly on a concrete post.

#5 & #6: Trapped on the top of a fence, a fly and an aphid.

#7: A fruit fly on the bin.

And finally...

#8: Bilbo, our kitten who came for a nosey at what I was looking at on the screen of the camera afterwards, and then stuck his nose right up to the lens...
