How bad is it for the lens if your lens cap comes off inside bag?

Threads are more like streams...they go where they want, this thread passed the point the op was looking for a long time ago, and it was flowing nicely in another direction...telling people not to talk about what they're discussing is a half assed attempt at damming up the stream...it never works, so let them keep going off topic, it doesn't hurt

Thanks for that one. As an audioguy, I've been careful to write B+W for filters.

I have filters on every lens I own. I've always used them. Pictures look great.

I've tested. I have uncorrected vision of a fighter pilot and I see no difference. All nonsense either way.

I used to use filters. Just got tired of paying for them. I have the uncorrected vision of Mr. Magoo. I wouldn't notice if there was a difference.

Now B&W however does make some good speakers :)

Yes, they do. I've owned a set of their 600 Series speakers for my home theater for many years -- they still sound terrific.

Maybe that's why I subconsciously bought a B+W CPL filter.

My filters do a terrific job of keeping the muck out. After a few blows I can see the brown stains on them...............dunno if they affect the strength of the weed though as I'm high as a kite most of the time anyway.
