You might try swinging one light more to the side and higher and bring the other light more in line with the camera for fill. The lighting that you are using is the classic lighting scheme for copying documents. It's not that great for portraits, in my opinion. If you use PS to clone out one of the two catch lights in each eye, that might make it look more natural. Bob
