I was near Holiday Beach on the Canada side of Lake Erie last weekend. There is a formal hawk watching site there and the good counters logged mostly sharpies that day.

My vantage point was about 3.5 miles (OOOOPS 5.5km) from the hawk watch site but I was fortunate to see a lot of the same birds go by. I was able to get this shot of what I believe is a Coopers Hawk. I'm pretty sure of the ID but take no offense if corrected.

Either way, I was excited about the shot so thought I'd put it up for CC.

For comparison, I've also posted a shot of a Sharp-shinned Hawk.

It's a Cooper's hawk.

I concur with Zack. Notice the rounded tail compared to the Sharpie's wedge shaped tail. It's also an immature bird, having yellow eyes and a streaked breast.
