I never liked holding up two pairs of fingers, just too narrow a frame to block the out-lying scene. I made this. Constructed from durable flexible 1/16" ABS plastic, 4.5 x 3.5", 3:2 ratio (FF) cutout. Holding it closer or farther from the eye gives you multiple views of a possible image:
16mm = pushing on nose
24mm = at nose
35mm = 1" from nose
50mm = 3" from nose
70mm = 4" " "
100mm = 6" " "
200mm = 14"
400mm = arm's length from nose
These viewfinders are not available online, no one makes them. This was a DYI project. Made two, need only one. Lanyard not included.
$14.95, includes S&H. CONUS and Paypal only, please.
