Anyone have any experience with either of these tripods? I need to pick one up for our project managers shooting dark interiors. Supporting a Canon 6D/EF 17-40 lens. Their travel is mostly by flight, and I need to keep it light and small if I expect them to use it.
My personal stuff is RRS & Gitzo, but I can't justify the expense- I'd rather get another lens and/or body for them. I'll probably be putting a RRS BH-25 head on it.

Although they'll probably have to use the center column to get the needed height anyways, it doesn't appear either one can be used without it.
The Feisol is rated 44 lbs, the Sirui 22 lbs. Don't know how valid either of those numbers are.
Feisol maxes out quite a bit higher, weights are similar. Folded, the Sirui is a bit smaller (provided I can reverse the legs). Price difference not an issue.

Thanks for any advice or opinions you might have!

out of the two listed, either will be fine. I think the feisol is closer to the sirui 2204. All will be light and fit into you're typical hand carry luggage. I use the feisol 3442 myself, which is a competing product to the RRS TVC 24, but nowhere close to the level of looks and probably performance :p.
