Question is simple. Do photography/videography led light panels use the same led light bulbs
Do Aperture, Younguo, 1 x 1, Came TV... use the same light bulbs in their led light panels?
Prices vary between 100-300 and 1000-15000 USD for the same size lightpanels. I know they are different units, cooling, etc. but I am just wondering whether the BASICS of these units are the same: the individual light bulbs...Are the lighbulbs the same?

Any thoughts?

Yes and no
The panels typically they use 5mm LEDs
But there is a lot of differrent versions of them
Leds are "binned"
Binning describes colour (within a specific range) luminous flux (lumens per watt) and forward voltage (it varies between individual leds, lower VF typically means higher efficiency)

A good, bright, efficient, high CRI led that sits either right on 5500k or 3200k is going to be more expensive per unit than a dim led with a colour tint

There are many formfactors in LED and it still developing fast. Last week I bought my first LED bulb for usage in home. I was waiting with that till the filament lightbulbs finally came available.

An interesting panel on the moment is the Aputure Light Storm that is not cheap but has a lot of maturity and and CRI of 95 which is very good.

Remember that the lower the Kelvin value the better the CRI because of more gel colour material is between the LED and the eye. Because of the more material the output will be slightly lower.

CRI is the quality of color of the light emitted. This is important to see the correct colors with the eye/camera.

I see! So you look at the CRI classification to determine the purity/quality of the light...! I get it! Still confused, because some of the light panel manufacturers classify their panels as 95+ and sell their product for a few hundred $ or around the thousand range... Younguo $100-200 - other panels (Cineroid LM400) sell for $1000. The light seems to be very close.
