What is being slashed???

Every spring they slash (cut) the long grass along the road sides. Also do a second round later in year if it gets long during summer months.
They run three tractors and can then span from edge of gravel to the fence in one drive up the road. Saves time especially with road signs.

Nice old Super M!

Our Super M hasn't been used in like 12 years. I haven't started on it yet, but the Farmall C that also had sat for 12 years fired right up with some fresh gas and new 6v battery.

Charles this is our farm but we lease it so not our tractor. Yes it is a nice one, not so new looking as a couple of years back.

Today was tedding day. Tedding 'fluffs up' the grass, or aerates it to help drying.
We've had a wettish spring and grass is still very lush and green, but needs to be dry for baling for hay

It seems like a very old muscle tractor. These are not seen very much now a days. Where did you find this beast?. With this beautiful color it is standing like a monster in this area. The angle is great, the clarity is great everything is great about this photo. It can make any ones day better. I loved it.

Which?
