All of those are great images. I really like "it is all about the gearing, especially that massive centrifugal weight above the drive gears. Here in the NW they would all be a pile of rust

The town of Makoti takes great pride in their collection of old farm equipment.
It's all owned by various farmers in and around thearea.
All of their tractors, threshers, combines and farm engines are kept in running condition.
Their show includes a parade with all of the OLD equipment running under its own power.
For a little town, they put a lot of effort into the show.

A lovely bright red McCormick International Farmall tractor at Pirou Plage, Normandy.

Not sure it is a tractor but it is old.

I am no expert either, but looks close enough to possibly being old and something like a tracker to me!!

That is unless it is a fake.... I am no expert on that either!!! LOL LOL

The very early would-be tractors had wheels that were as narrow as early car tires.

That one was built on a horse-drawn hay wagon. Had to be a real man to turn that wheel. At least the horses had a tongue to use as a lever for steering.
