Hi,
I just shot headshots of the entire staff at an office, and we did two versions of each person, a professional shot and a funny face for a rollover. This was an afterthought that they came up with while I was there, so it was not in the contract.
When I was ready to leave their creative guy said "We can just use the preview for the rollover, right?" He meant that he could post-process it himself, and not have to pay for the second shot.
Of course I told him I don't give out raw files and that the two wouldn't match and that they are paying for the licensing of the photos they choose, not my time to post-process.
But just to make sure I'm thinking of putting my watermark right across the chest on the previews (which are straight out of the camera, no post-processing)
Is that going to look obnoxious? What do you do?
