I went on amazon but didn't know what to search for...
I just need something that will sit to the side of the product and allow the umbrella and flash to be above the product.

It's a reflector holder stand.
There are variations on the theme, but here is one - it's just the "arm" part. Add your favourite sturdy light stand...

Search for a stand with a boom arm. Just make sure to get something that will hold the weight of whatever flash/strobe you are using. Might have to get counter weights too.

I bought a couple of these stands and use them as shown in the photos. C-stands are probably a better choice but the Selens are more portable.

It looks like a super boom stand with a reflector holder. A better choice would be a C Stand with Hollywood arm, it's less expensive and more versatile.

I think those are just normal wooden stools. You can get them almost anywhere.

oh.. and what about the blue liquid in the bottle? I have heard you gain 2 stops of light when applied to the reflective umbrella.

C stands are your friends. I personally prefer the Kupo/Impact units with the quick folding, removable turtle base. You can use a boom arm or 40" grip arm to hold a speedlight and umbrella. Although a proper boom arm would be better for holding a light and modifier, I use a grip arm with baby pin to hold monolights with reflectors fairly often.

If the stand is big enough, you only need one. :)

I also cheat and use grip arms for light support (but not monolights); speedlite and umbrella should also be safe.

Canon, Nikon, Contax, Leica, Sony, Profoto.
