Remembrance Day 2015

Our Scout group goes down to Chinatown, in Vancouver, every year to help commemorate Remembrance Day with the Chinese community. It's a small ceremony that takes place at 12:30pm, after the main one down in Victory Square. The weather was beautiful this year and made for some good pics.

Great shots Brian.....I think it is a great thing to bring the scouts down

It's just across from the Gardens. At the little square across from the Keefer Parkade.

I think it's so important that the kids understand what it's all about and why they have the freedoms that they do. It's important that they know so that they can honour those that will do what we dare not even think.
