Lens: Canon 1.4X Teleconverter V1
Body: 6/10 worn paint but no dings
Glass: 8/10 small element has very minor abrasion/mark on coating. You have to shine a light on it from an angle to see it, I could not get it to show up in photos of the lens
Sale includes: Front and Rear caps + bag (not pictured, just remembered it came with one)
Price: $100 includes PayPal + shipping to cont US
Payments Accepted: PayPal
Trades: none
Shipping method: USPS
Item Location: Denver, CO
Best Contact Method: PM
Feedback: Have some, bought quite a bit, ever sold my 17-40 and sig 150-600 so far here, been around for a while.
Reason for selling: 'Upgraded' to the vIII for my 400 DO II, otherwise I wouldn't bother.

As far as I am aware (and I did some research at the time), this is optically identical to vII, but without the 'weather sealing' gasket. The 2xTC OTOH were different optically between vI and vII.

EDIT: Got the vIII and this vI is just as sharp (tested on my 400 DO +7DII). The only difference I can tell is that the vIII has less CA which makes a difference away from the center and really mostly in just the corners. I guess I'm keeping the vIII just because having spent $7k on a lens I might as well get the best TC available. I can provide comparison photos.

Photos: The glass shot is of the side with a very slight abrasion - I could not get it to show up in photos, definitely not going to affect IQ in any way - in fact I tested this against my new vIII. Sharpness and contrast are identical to the vIII as far as I can tell. The body shot is of the most scuffed up side. All marks are just paint scuffs, no deep scratches or dings.

The same glass element (seriously, you are only going to see the marks because I told you they were there and if you look really carefully) and other side.

100% crop of image center. my v1 vs my new vIII 1.4TCs on the 7DII with 400DO II @f5.6. I can't tell the difference even flicking back and fourth.

vI
