Heya,

I like the first, darker, silhouette version. Silhouette is a classic technique with single exposure. The expression and closeness of the first one is also much more pleasing and intimate. Says a lot more.

Maybe try and straighten the horizon a bit, tighten the crop and play with contrast and temperature.

Very best,

depends on the look u are going for, theres very little contrast but if thats what u want then its fine,u could boost shadows and lower the highlights so they don't blow out and see if that brightens things up a bit,

I personally like the color, crop and the flare. The only thing I would do is adjustment brush the couple with about +1.00 exposure to brighten them up.

I like the contrast in the first image. You can futz around with the color, maybe more orange tone, but no big deal. I wouldn't brighten them up, I don't think the lighting would look right for the mood. JMHO.

I would keep playing with the white balance, especially on the second. I also see some chromatic noise, particularly on his sweater. The quickest and easiest fix to both of those issues would be to make a B&W edit.

Your most recent edit works best for me. I really like the image. I'm always a bit surprised at how a few small changes can have such a big impact.

In all the edits, the woman appears to be sticking out her tongue. If I were the client, I wouldn't want that. What do the real clients say about these images?
