item for sale: Minolta 50mm Rokkor X PG 1.4, full frame lens.
(Full frame adapter is included for free), also fits crop A/NEX e mount bodies!

reason for sale: got a little trigger happy on ebay and ended up overpaying for a new toy, so I have to sell a toy.

It is a very good lens, SHARP and contrasty wide open even at 1.4 For those who don't know Minolta was the company Sony bought out to get into the camera game. A lot of Sony lenses are just re-branded Minolta lenses. This PG version was the best 50mm 1.4 they made.(different element group and superior coatings)

included for free very good quality FULL FRAME adapter, fits both the A series line and crop NEX line.
front and lens caps are also included for free, they're not the nicest so I'd recommend replacing them, but they work.
front lens cap has small piece missing, but it 100% works and cant complain for free.


Condition: 8/10, has clean optics, no haze or fungus, small dent on the filter threads but filter/hood is still mountable as seen below(hood not included, it's off my canonet). Aperture is clean and smooth, the lens is missing the red dot marker but someone along the way put a dab of red touch up paint. Purely cosmetic and not needed on the Sony since the adapter has the red dot marker on it. Manual focus ring is good and firm, no slop.
