I have a Canon 100-400mm II lens and had been using the original foot mount....with this plate on the foot. I decided to go for the Hejnar replacement foot, so this 'like new' plate is for sale.

it is 115mm long (4.6") and can easily support the Tamron or Sigma 150-600 zooms and also the Canon 300mm 2.8 IS lens, a 400mm 5.6, or the 100-400mm....includes mounting screw and fore and aft stop screws.....plus Allen wrenches for mounting both screws...
It costs $24.56 plus shipping on Amazon.....I'll sell this like new one for $15. PPd and mailed 1st class...
