Your Bald Eagle is a female. I believe the Golden is a male. Aside from the size difference, look at the bird's beak hinge point, a female's extends nearly to the back of the eye. The male's will align closer to the front of the eye. When the two are side by side the size will likely be enough for ID but another thing to look for is brightness of the white head feathering.
