More info | Nov 26, 2015 21:06 | #4 I once nearly saw a Buc have a nasty accident at a Shuttleworth Collection show. Someone got the conversion from Zulu to BST wrong, and it showed up an hour early to open the show. The showing up consisted of a 400 Kt or so downwind pass, at about 150 feet. This was somewhat surprising for the crowd, and I am sure was a brown trouser moment for the Cessna pilot that was at about 50 feet on finals. The funny thing was, despite how hard the Cessna hit the ground, it didn't bounce.
