That is TOO cool! Great work, Ted! Any way to briefly explain the process here? Or direction to a tutorial? Sorry, probably not a fair question but have several situations I need to investigate this sort of PP. Thanks.

eight shots are open in adobe CS6
I create a new white canvas (file) the exact size of the original shots.
I placed a guide line approximately 4 inches center horz. on the new white canvas. I minimize the canvas.
1. I used the quick selection brush (located on the left tool bar) to tightly outline the image of the eagles fighting in the first image. I used the copy function on the outlined image.
I reopen the new white canvas, I select the paste function and the copied image appears on the new canvas. I used the move tool to place the image where I want it on, above or below the view guide. I minimize the canvas.
2. Use the quick selection brush to tightly outline the eagles fighting from the 2nd image. use the copy function on the the image outlined. reopen the new white canvas, Select the paste function and the 2ND copied image appears on the new canvas. Use the move tool to place the 2ND image where you want it relative to the position of the 1st image.
Repeat until done. You may have to back up and redo because of taste
The first composite above took perhaps 10-15 minutes to complete and the second 5 minutes.
