I just purchased VSCO 05 and installed it for ACR. I cannot see any presets in ACR. Can anyone help?

See the screenshot below:

I do, however, see some presets (I think?) under camera calibration.

I'm really bummed out. I was looking forward to editing a wedding today and just purchased the VSCO Film 5 pack this morning, but their support staff are away until next week for the American holiday :(

I'm assuming you have re-booted the PC? The two sets I have are both for Lightroom so have no experience with installing or using them with ACR.

FML - I just realized I purchased it for LR. I didn't realize there are different versions. I assumed that it would work for both LR + ACR and didn't see the option to select which software you wanted it for. Sigh... there goes $60 USD :(

I would hope that if you contact them and explain your mistake they will rectify.

In the meantime have you checked that the presets are in the correct folder for ACR to see them? LR and ACR are basically the same program. If the installer put them into the correct folder for LR, rather than ACR, then moving them may solve the problem?

Also I recall from when I bought a set that, if you have the "store presets in same folder as catalog" option selected the presets wont be visible. This is in LR - not sure if the same applies in ACR.
