I'd love to if I could get any access to rodeos around us. As previously discussed,photographer​s are pretty much banded at rodeos in this part of the country.

I've never been to a rodeo but certainly enjoy your photos! Keep it up!

With the quality of images in this thread, I'm almost embarrassed to share. When I went to a PBR event in Indianapolis in 2012, I purchased the best ticket that I could afford, and was still way up in the stands. They checked cameras very closely ..... only consumer-grade cameras with lenses less than 4" were allowed. Only built-in flash was allowed.
I did the best that I could. This was one of my favorite images from the event.

I don't have any worthy of posting that I know of. Rodeos near me are held in the summer months only, near or after dark because of the heat, access is difficult unless you have a pass. Many years ago I worked at a few of our local rodeos, even provided the cows used in the wild cow ride but I did not own a camera then and cell phones were not invented yet. I missed some great opportunities!
I would certainly share if I could, enjoy those that are posted here. Brings back a lot of memories of when I was much younger, didn't think those bruises in my twenties would haunt me in my sixties.

Sounds like you need to plan a summer rodeo holiday in Alberta.

I can't get in one in Florida either. I've even offered to shoot for free just for the experience and get "we already have a photographer" lol. I'm offering you good, free photos just for a place to stand and shoot and they say no, lol.
