IQ wise, 16-70 and 18-105 are supposed to be very close.
18-105 is a better range for overall photography and it's best after 50 mm. It has strong distortion but it's easily and automatically corrected in software (btw you get Capture 1 for free / Pro for $30 if you're a Sony user, but it will only work with Sony files). 16-70 is more compact and better on the wide end. It also has distortion.
16-50 is a kit lens. I have 18-55 that is supposed to be slightly better and it's just a kit lens. Think Canon 18-55.
55-210 is, again, just a kit lens. It's good in good light and poor in poor light. I like to use it for portraits but I think Canon 55-250 was better.
Based on your use, I think 18-105 would suit the best. Another option would be to get a kit lens and then buy a bunch of old manual glass. It's very cheap and often very good optically. I'd imagine for motorsports you can easily pre focus so the lack of AF is not an issue. This way you could postpone your expensive lens buying decision until you know exactly what you need. Remember that you can also use any FE (full frame) lens directly, or any A-mount Sony lens with an adapter. One of my favorite lenses is an old Minolta Maxxum 35-70/4 Macro zoom, it never disappoints.
