That's useful info; thanks. I'm shooting today (which ought to get it down to about 2 bars), and will try to do some non-critical work over the next few days while tracking shot count and see where it goes. It won't be a perfect test, but maybe I can glean a little more data before the critical tournament.
The only prior experience I've had has been with the AD360 and the little PB960 battery system, which was good for about 1000 shots, also at 1/16 to 1/8 power. I actually did run a couple of them out of power at an event; they went from 1 bar to 0 pretty quickly - and it was literally "works perfectly, then quit." I wasn't able to see the LCD indicator beforehand because the strobe itself was way up in the air on a stand, so all I had was the battery indicator to judge by.
Anyone else with anecdotal data to share?
