Frans Janssens alerted me to this video of collembola taken with 7D & 5DIII with MP-E65, you can see the cameraman and his gear towards the end.

Knowing how uncomfortable catching stills of Springtails can be, it's hard to believe such tiny creatures could instil such dedication and self sacrifice. :eek:

Wow, I can't believe he was working handheld.

Seemed to be using the new speedlites with a continuos light mode for light.

I could not see a magnifying loop on the LCD, do we know what his viewfindng setup was?

Any other methodolgy or gear config info would be of interest.
