The mom was farther out in the forest ( I think about 1/800 shutter at 3200) for a few min before popping out by the stream with the calf, and I forgot to lower the ISO because I was really excited to see a baby moose. :lol:

Really nice scene. I like how you were able to capture a little water behind (or underneath) momma moose - adds a little more dimension to the shot.
