I promise she wasn't posing. I think she was adjusting the hat because it kept falling down. Does it look like a cute little kid or a terrible effort for posing? I'm torn. Any C&C is greatly appreciated...

I vote cute kid. It will make a nice family remembrance. The background is busy. However, the Christmas tree provides context. Her skin tone looks a tiny bit magenta on my monitor. It might be reflected light from her dress. Not objectionably so.

I like #1. The BG is sufficiently blurred out to make her stand out. It looks like an intentional pose and it's well done. I'd clone out the squiggly wire on the right.
#2 is cute and would be great with a wee bit of light in her eyes.
