Polaroid SX70 Model 3 instant film camera.

IMAGE: http://i67.tinypic.com/vnp9qf.jpg

Camera has served me VERY well for the past couple of months, had images published in Pryme instant magazine,Polaroid Week and The Impossible Project.

Reason for selling is because I was able to upgrade to the Sonar Model.

Film is READILY available for this camera, as close as your local mall/department store. Or you can buy it from Amazon/B&H/Adorama.

it's available in color and black/white, white or black border and even circle frame.

Used condition, could use new leather. It only costs a couple of dollars and you can choose what color the camera is. I was going to do it but never got around to it. Only con is there is a gap when there image spits out, re-skinning it fixes this issue, just never had time to get to it. The re-skinning process is as simple as placing a sticker, nothing complex.

Camera works VERY WELL, rollers are good, nice even spread. Exposures are good as well.

With a high end scanner you can get 60-80 megapixel scans, SX70 is medium format sized film.

I have the original case for it, it's got wear use but works great.

Asking $50 shipped with the case

or $45 w/o the case. (I can sell it for $25 on ebay, so I don't mind keeping the case)

A re-skinned SX70 from B&H will set you back $380-450, so you save a FORTUNE.
This is not for a brand new camera, but just a tested re-skinned vintage one. They sell for this much,
SX70 is the highest you get for Polaroid Integral. Untested units are selling for $100-200 on ebay, with no guarantee they work and with no film nor case!!

Will send the buyer a PDF copy of the user manual.

I ship within 24 hour of payment, Paypal only, US 50 states only, thanks.

Seems like a fun thing, can that red carbon fiber stuff be removed?

In two seconds, previous owner put in on there to cover the cracked leather. Never got around to re-skinning it. I wanted to go with the red leather kit they sell, then I ended up getting the Sonar last week and my mom just gave me the SLR two days ago as my Christmas present, so this one is just sitting there.

My Sonar will also be up for sale soon, that one has auto focus, metal plated and very decent leather. Will be asking $200 for that one tho since it's the higher level one.

This is the basic one and it needs leather that's why I'm giving it away at $50. The Case is worth $25 by itself.

Can't believe this is still here. These cameras are tons of fun.
