In my opinion, this is a beautiful image. I think the wisp of a cloud on the bottom left is a wonderful feature. I really like the strong contrast of the shadows on the mountain itself. I think the image is slightly oversaturated for my tastes, giving it a HDR type over process look, but that is a matter of taste, and I am sure there are plenty of people who will tell you that I am crazy! :-)

Hmm, I'm disappointed: I opened the thread expecting to see pyroclastic flows and lava bombs flying all over the place. vmad  :p

Thanks for dropping by and comments. How I wish I could have those lava flowing photo opportunity. But then again, if opportunity arises, I guess I may run for my life!
The over saturation look is a bit surreal. Travelling mates questioned me where did we see this volcano?
