Thank you :-) I appreciate the gracious words. Here is one last kind. This is a Guinea Turaco trying to blend in.

You have a lovely collection. They are different altogether to any here (Tasmania).
Love the colours and their natural surrounds.

Beautiful bird. Quite a unique combination of colours.
Is it a type of Plover? (Richard demonstrating his profound ignorant knowledge of birds

Those guys have been so elusive for me, Shalu. Your shot really is extremely well done.

Thank you very much, Mike! It is a very skittish bird. This one is not very close either, as I had to crop from 24MP down to only 1MP. I think I have some closer pictures somewhere, but that evokes my memories of a missed opportunity for some spectacular action shots.

Wonderful shot, Shalu. I know we seem to always try to equate our human emotions to birds and other animals (anthropomorphism), but your photos of these show us how caring these Clark's grebes are. I've sure enjoyed you photos of them, as I'm sure many others here have.

Well done for even seeing that bird, let alone getting such a good shot of it! :-)

You surely do these birds the justice they deserve.
I'd imagine these need endurance, patience, to capture these moments.
You're building up a magnificent collection.
Lovely.
