thanks Jeff but the colors weren't quite right using jpg out of camera but that's the camera and the lens
was instant love. I can hold it and the camera one handed--that is huge for us grandpa aged folks (thouh
I'm no grandpa). Packability is also a big bonus for the 70-300. Now using the 5Dsr it's like having a hidden
100-400 with the cropability IF I can learn to use it correctly. I haven't put it on the other bodies yet, might
even like it more. I know Edmidlifecrisis loves his.
